Job Description

:

Independently conceptualize, design, and execute residential interior projects, including apartments, studio homes, and compact living spaces. Develop space planning, layouts, and 2D/3D design presentations. Handle complete project lifecycle - from client briefing, design proposals, and approvals. Coordination with Execution team for suitable materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and accessories as per project requirement. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Stay updated with design trends, materials, and modern interior concepts.

Required Skills & Competencies

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior designing (apartments, studio spaces, villas preferred). Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and related design tools. Ability to independently handle clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and modular furniture, Excellent visualization skills and attention to detail. Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling capabilities.
