Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Interior Designer

who can manage residential projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, material knowledge, and the ability to visualize and present design concepts clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet clients to understand project requirements, design preferences, budgets and timelines. Develop creative concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D designs. Prepare detailed drawings, material specifications, BOQs and presentations. Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, supervisors, and contractors to ensure flawless execution. Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision and quality checks. Suggest materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and decor that align with client preferences. Manage timelines and ensure project deliveries are executed as per design. Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining strong design quality. Maintain clear communication between the design, execution and sales teams.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools

. Good understanding of modular furniture, space planning and residential layouts. Strong sense of colour palettes, materials, textures and design trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Good problem-solving and client-handling skills.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. 1-3 years of experience preferred (freshers with strong portfolios can apply).
