Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design and execute residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent space planning skills, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and visually appealing interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop interior design ideas that align with client requirements and brand identity. Prepare detailed design plans, layouts, 3D renderings, and mood boards using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit. Select furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and accessories to create cohesive interior environments. Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project feasibility and timely execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent. Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and innovative solutions in the interior design industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in design and rendering software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Suite). Strong knowledge of color theory, materials, furniture, and lighting. Excellent creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
