Key Responsibilities for Interior Designer

? Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) based on site measurements and design inputs

? Deliver detailed technical drawings suitable for execution and vendor coordination

? Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for feasibility and accuracy

? Suggest appropriate materials and finishes in line with market trends and budget,

? Stay updated on design innovations and current material availability

? (Added Advantage): Ability to develop conceptual 3D views to support design intent

Technical Skills

? High proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings, layouts, and detailing

? Awareness of modular interior construction and execution-level documentation

? Familiarity with 3D modeling or rendering tools (SketchUp, Enscape, etc.) is a bonus but not mandatory

Soft Skills & Working Style

? Self-motivated and capable of managing timelines independently

? Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills

? Ability to adapt to evolving design briefs and provide practical solutions

? Responsive and professional in all interactions
