We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer who has worked extensively on residential building projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion software.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential spaces. Prepare detailed drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. Meet and coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and present design proposals. Assist in preparing basic interior quotations and project estimations. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the site team for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in residential designing Min. 2 Years of exp. In modular industry 3D Model and 2D Drawings Softwares - Sketch up + AutoCAD (Must have) Renders Software Enscape (Must have), Vray/ Lumion added advantage Clear understanding of capturing the clients expectations from the space Client handling is a must-have requirement Excellent knowledge of materials/ finishes Excellent knowledge of ergonomics and design principles Willing to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively

Salary:

As per industry standards / Based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
