creative and motivated Interior Designer / Junior Architect
with a strong foundation in architecture or interior design to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for
fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience
in the field of architecture or interior design. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and a keen interest in turning conceptual ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Concept Development:
Assist in creating interior design concepts that align with the client's vision and project requirements.
Collaborate with senior designers or architects to refine design ideas and provide creative input.
Produce preliminary design sketches, mood boards, and layouts to present to clients.
2D & 3D Design Work:
Assist in the preparation of architectural and interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Use software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar to develop design ideas and construction documents.
Help in creating 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations to illustrate design concepts.
Material & Product Selection:
Research and recommend materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements that align with design objectives.
Support the team in sourcing materials and products that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Client Interaction & Presentation:
Assist in preparing presentations for client meetings, presenting design ideas, and explaining material choices and concepts.
Participate in client meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and goals for the project.
Collaboration with Project Team:
Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure design integration across all project phases.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for design implementation on-site.
Assist in the preparation of design documentation, including project specifications and technical drawings.
Site Visits & Project Coordination:
Assist in visiting sites to gather information and take measurements for ongoing projects.
Help with project administration tasks such as tracking project timelines, material orders, and other design-related tasks.
Learning & Development:
Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, architecture, and emerging design technologies.
Attend workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to continuously improve design and technical skills.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture

, or a related field.
Experience:
Freshers
or candidates with
up to 1 year of experience
in interior design, architecture, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Basic understanding of architectural drawings, design principles, and construction documentation.
Familiarity with material specifications and knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
Work Environment:
The role will involve working in an office environment with occasional site visits (30%).
