Job summary

Seeking an experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in multiple sectors including real estate, aviation, residential, institutional, and industrial. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing interior spaces that meet the functional and aesthetic needs of various projects while ensuring that all designs comply with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptual Design Development

: Create and develop interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project specifications across various sectors including real estate, airports, and industrial settings.

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate interior designs with overall project plans, ensuring cohesion and functionality.

Space Planning

: Design and implement spatial layouts that optimize the use of space while ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Material and Finish Selection

: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project budget and aesthetic goals for diverse environments.

Client Presentations and Approvals

: Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into final designs for approval.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 9-14 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in sectors such as real estate, airports, residential, institutional, and industrial.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A specialization in Interior Design is preferred.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, with the ability to produce detailed drawings and renderings.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field Experience with sustainable design practices
