We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to transform spaces into functional and visually appealing environments. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, and managing projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements.
Develop detailed design concepts using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Create visual presentations and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Conduct site visits to assess spaces and oversee the implementation of designs.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative solutions.
Prepare technical drawings and specifications for construction purposes using CAD software.
Qualifications
Diploma In Interior Designing
Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing environments.
Knowledge of construction processes and materials is advantageous.
