Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

a) Design & Visualization:

Work extensively with

Revit

to develop interior designs (training provided).

Utilize

Lumion

for preliminary material applications and visual representations (training provided).

Assist in creating initial

3D visualizations

for projects before final rendering by 3D specialists.

b) Client, Vendor, and Contractor Interactions:

Attend meetings with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.

Gradually take on an active role in presenting to clients as skills and experience develop.

c) Project Execution & Coordination:

Participate in

space planning, furniture layouts, and material selections

.

Coordinate with

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants and vendors

to integrate technical elements into interior designs.

Conduct

site visits

to ensure project progress aligns with design intent.

d) Communication & Self-Management:

Communicate clearly via

email and WhatsApp

with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Take ownership of assigned tasks, proactively seeking solutions and escalating challenges when needed.

e) Training & Skill Development:

Fab Interiors is committed to professional growth and will provide structured training workshops in:

Revit & Lumion Training (hands-on sessions).

Interior Layouts & Space Planning.

Lighting Design & Automation.

MEP Coordination.

Furniture, Furnishings & Decorative Elements.

Hand Drawing Techniques for issue resolution.

Material Knowledge (Natural Stone, Wood, Flooring, Cladding, etc.).

Kitchens, Wardrobes & Bathrooms Design.

Window Dressings & Smart Home Features.

Skills Required:

A

natural inclination

for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Strong

visualization and conceptualization

abilities.

Ability to

understand and express

design ideas clearly.

Attention to

detail and focus

during meetings, site visits, and showroom tours.

Self-sufficiency in managing tasks from

concept to completion

with minimal supervision.

Ability to work

independently and take ownership

of assignments.

Experience:

3

to 6 years

of experience in interior design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
