Key Responsibilities:
Design & Conceptualization
Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts based on client requirements.
Create functional layouts using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max.
Technical Execution
Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and 2D/3D renders.
Coordinate with vendors, architects, and execution teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
Project Management
Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and quality control.
Oversee installations, material selections, and on-site execution.
Client Coordination
Understand client vision and translate it into elegant, practical designs.
Present design concepts and revisions to clients.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.)
Excellent design sense with material knowledge
Strong communication & team collaboration skills
