Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop design ideas based on client requirements and project briefs. Prepare layout plans, 2D/3D drawings, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software. Select and recommend materials, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and decor elements. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure timely project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy and quality. Prepare BOQs, material lists, and cost estimates for projects. Present design proposals and mood boards to clients for approval. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technology.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.). Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and color theory. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
