Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D views, material specifications, and BOQs.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
Source materials, furnishings, and finishes that suit project budgets and design themes.
Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks during execution.
Coordinate with clients throughout the design process for feedback, approvals, and revisions.
Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
2-4 years of relevant professional experience in interior design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Strong visualization, creativity, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design outcomes.
