Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Interior Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent technical skills, and the ability to bring design concepts to life from ideation through execution. You will work on a range of projects including [residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.], collaborating with clients, vendors, and the internal design team to deliver functional and inspiring spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets. Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans. Produce detailed drawings, floor plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications. Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and color palettes. Prepare and present design proposals and modifications. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors during implementation. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and accessibility standards. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively. Conduct site visits and supervise installation to ensure design intent is realized.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 8 + years of experience in interior design (specify experience level as needed). Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of sustainable and ergonomic design principles is a plus. Portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
