Role Description-

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in managing end-to-end design and production processes. This position reports directly to the Founder and offers the opportunity to work closely on bespoke furniture and interior projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Founder on ongoing and new design projects.
Liaise with clients to guide them through the selection of materials, fabrics, finishes, and furniture details.
Create and curate mood boards for client presentations, pitching decks, and soft furnishing selections.
Oversee and manage internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between design, production, and delivery.
Develop and maintain systems to monitor production progress and ensure timely execution.
Update and manage production data in Google Sheets and other tracking tools to maintain workflow efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:
Strong eye for design, colour, and material coordination.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, project tracking tools, and presentation software.
Experience in interior design, furniture production, or project management is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹42,361.53 - ₹65,975.77 per month
