Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget. Develop design concepts and mood boards based on client input. Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D visualizations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape,Adobe Creative Suite). Select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes that align with the project's vision. Present design proposals and revisions to clients for feedback and approval. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors during project execution. Source and manage vendors and suppliers for materials and furnishings. Ensure that all designs comply with relevant health, safety, and building codes. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as an Interior Designer or in a similar role. Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of sustainability and green design principles is a plus.
