Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.

(INTERIOR INDUSTRY)

Have experience in Interior Fit-out Designing Meets with clients to program the project requirements. Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD. Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board) Technical design (Material knowledge, BOM, Execution and Drawing Preparation) Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details) Holds project expertise in Creating BOQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies. Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers. Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication. Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's & Master Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline 10+ years' experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects and should have wide design and detail knowledge. Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture and mixed use preferred with portfolio Project management experience and should creative, imaginative and artistic. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max or similar design software. Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
