Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative female Interior Designer to join LXM Interior's growing design team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative thinking, a strong aesthetic sensibility, and technical expertise in producing high-quality 3D visualizations. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver bespoke interior design solutions that align with our brand's commitment to excellence. The candidate should be adept at understanding client needs, adapting to feedback, and staying current with industry trends to provide innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop captivating designs and layouts for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with LXM Interior's signature blend of modern and classic aesthetics. Create high-quality 3D renders, conceptual visuals, and immersive walkthroughs using advanced design software to provide clients with lifelike previews of their spaces. Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, execution teams, and vendors to understand project requirements and translate client preferences into detailed visual representations. Conduct client meetings to assess objectives, desires, and spatial needs, ensuring a client-centric approach throughout the design process. Interpret architectural drawings, mood boards, and client briefs to produce accurate and compelling 2D and 3D presentations, including mock-ups and renderings. Prepare detailed quotes for clients, ensuring transparency and adherence to project budgets and timelines. Oversee project execution by coordinating with onsite supervisors and craftsmen to ensure flawless implementation of designs. Incorporate client and team feedback to refine designs while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines. Stay abreast of the latest interior design trends, rendering software, material libraries, and visualization techniques to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Uphold LXM Interior's commitment to quality by using top-tier materials and finishes in all projects. Contribute to a seamless client experience by supporting our 2-year warranty and after-sales service standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in interior design or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional creative and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to execute complex design projects. Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and aesthetic concepts. Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into visually compelling 3D renderings and walkthroughs. Familiarity with current interior design trends and technologies to provide innovative and relevant solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills

Experience in creating client-focused presentations, including 3D visualizations and immersive walkthroughs. Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Knowledge of high-quality material libraries and advanced rendering techniques to enhance visualization outputs. Ability to work under pressure and adapt designs based on client feedback while maintaining LXM Interior's high standards.
