The Projects Coordinator supports planning and execution of interior manufacturing projects by coordinating with design, production, procurement, and installation teams. Ensures smooth workflow, timely delivery, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation
Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams
Maintain project reports, logs, and documentation
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitor site activities and report progress or delays
Support logistics, material follow-ups, and installation coordination
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
1-3 years' experience in interior fit-out or manufacturing (preferred)
Strong communication & coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD/ERP knowledge is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
