You'll collaborate closely with designers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for materials, furniture, and finishes.
Obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare purchase orders.
Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor details, and inventory.
Track material dispatch, delivery, and payment schedules.
Identify new vendors, materials, and market trends to improve procurement efficiency.
Ensure all purchases align with project requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma in Interior Design / Civil preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the architecture, interior, or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishes.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
