Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: The Real Estate Hub, 7th floor, Empire State Building,Near Udhna Darwaja, Ring

Road, Surat-395002.

Reports to: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer to oversee our project sites

and ensure the seamless execution of interior work. The ideal candidate should have a

strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods to

monitor the work closely and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:


Supervise and monitor interior design projects on-site to ensure alignment with the

design plan and quality standards.


Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely execution of

projects.


Review and interpret design blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure

accurate implementation.


Identify and resolve any on-site issues related to design, materials, or execution.


Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.


Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company guidelines.


Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.


Provide design recommendations and modifications as necessary to enhance project

outcomes.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.


Proven experience in interior designing and site supervision.


Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and finishing work.


Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.


Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Strong communication and coordination skills.


Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.


Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
