Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: The Real Estate Hub, 7th floor, Empire State Building,Near Udhna Darwaja, Ring

Road, Surat-395002.

Reports to: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer to oversee our project sites

and ensure the seamless execution of interior work. The ideal candidate should have a

strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods to

monitor the work closely and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise and monitor interior design projects on-site to ensure alignment with the

design plan and quality standards.

? Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely execution of

projects.

? Review and interpret design blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure

accurate implementation.

? Identify and resolve any on-site issues related to design, materials, or execution.

? Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.

? Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company guidelines.

? Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.

? Provide design recommendations and modifications as necessary to enhance project

outcomes.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

? Proven experience in interior designing and site supervision.

? Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and finishing work.

? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

? Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

? Strong communication and coordination skills.

? Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.

? Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
