Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong foundation in Architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between interior aesthetics and structural functionality, contributing to projects from concept to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of space planning, design principles, and construction details, ensuring that all aspects of the design process align with client vision and architectural integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present interior design concepts with a focus on functionality, safety, and aesthetics. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate interior design within architectural frameworks. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material specifications. Participate in site visits, space planning, and project meetings to ensure design implementation aligns with plans. Stay up to date with trends, materials, technologies, and building codes. Source materials, finishes, and furnishings to suit client needs and budget. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability practices. Oversee or support construction documentation and coordination as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in interior design, with architectural project exposure. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3ds Max or similar. Strong understanding of architectural plans and construction documentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation in design. Experience in both residential and commercial projects. Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
