Experience: Fresher/2-5 years

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences.

Create compelling 2D/3D interior design concepts using software like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar.

Develop mood boards, space planning layouts, and detailed working drawings.

Collaborate closely with sales, execution, and factory teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Visit sites as needed for design alignment and project supervision.

Stay updated with material trends, color palettes, and modern modular standards.

Provide design support during factory visits and project walkthroughs.

Assist in BOQ preparation, material selection, and cost optimization discussions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

Proficiency in design tools: SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar.

Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Knowledge of modular furniture, and BOQ understanding.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; Kannada is preferred.
