Qualification:

- Bachelor's / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture (mandatory)

Experience:

- 10-15 years of freelance experience in Residential Interior Design projects

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop & MS Office

- Strong knowledge of residential design concepts, materials & finishes

- Space planning, lighting design & furniture layout expertise

- Creative visualization & client requirement translation

- Excellent communication, presentation & vendor coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative interior concepts, layouts & detailed drawings

- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budget & preferences

- Prepare 2D/3D design presentations, BOQs & material specifications

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors & suppliers for smooth execution

- Ensure quality, cost efficiency & timely project delivery
