We are seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Designer Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching, guiding, and inspiring students in interior design through theoretical and practical learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach interior design subjects including design principles, space planning, CAD software, materials & finishes, furniture design, etc.
Conduct classroom lectures, studio sessions, and practical workshops.
Guide students in portfolio development and industry projects.
Evaluate student assignments, projects, and examinations.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in interior design.
Organize seminars, industry visits, and guest lectures to enhance learning exposure.
Provide individual mentoring and career guidance to students.
Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, etc.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation abilities.
Minimum 1-3 years of academic or industry experience (as required).
