We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer / Draughtsman for
complete turnkey residential interior projects
. This role is
not limited to modular work
. The scope includes
end-to-end interior execution
, covering
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, modular furniture, finishes, and site coordination
.
Roles & Responsibilities
Designing residential
turnkey projects
from concept to execution
Preparing detailed drawings at the office using relevant software
Site visits for coordination, checks, and execution support
Coordination with vendors, contractors, and consultants
Design discussions with the principal designer and vendors
Design & Technical Experience
Layout planning & design presentations
Turnkey service drawings
- Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC
Ceiling plans
Interior elevations & detailing
Furniture & carpentry detailing (custom + modular)
Strong material knowledge & construction detailing
Preparation of material boards
Specifications & finish schedules
BOQ preparation and quantity calculations
What We Are Looking For
7-8 years' experience as 2D Draughtsman in interior projects
Strong AutoCAD skills (mandatory)
Deep understanding of execution drawings
Experience in residential and commercial interiors
Good coordination with site and design teams
High attention to detail and ownership
Mandatory Preferences
Candidate must be
based in Gurgaon
Own vehicle is
mandatory
