1. Quotation submission for standard and non-standard products within agreed timeline.
2. Understanding the client requirements and providing effective design solutions accordingly.
3. Coordination with Sales and provide support in case of technical bidding and timely submission accordingly.
4. Coordination with Design team for approval of non-standard items.
5. Preparing Layout plans and related typical drawings and submits along with the quota on within agreed timeline.
6. Coordinate with Projects team for timely Line marking at site. Incorporate the changes, if any and inform all concerned with details.
7. Preparing signoff drawings as per the final agreement with client in accordance to the final quote and layout.
8. Send for production as per the client order and sign off drawings.
9. Develop new product & standardized the product.
10. Create standard product price list for design team & sales team for quick response.
11. Train the Cad Design team how to prepare the quota on & typical drawing.
12. Create and maintain a standard product library of typical drawings to work faster.
13. Manage inquiry flow and manage team to submit all quotation on time.
