: Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling projects from concept to execution, with strong coordination between clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site meetings with clients to understand requirements and design expectations

Handle client interactions and present design concepts professionally

Take site measurements and coordinate with the execution team

Prepare and discuss design layouts, material selections, and finishes

Develop 2D drawings, 3D designs, and presentations for client approval

Assist in preparing BOQs and basic costing

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors

Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings

Attend site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field

Experience in residential/commercial interior projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar software

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Location: On-site & office-based

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
