Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect/Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design concepts, working drawings, and material selection, with the ability to handle both residential and commercial projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute residential and commercial architecture/interior projects Prepare design concepts, working drawings, and technical details Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Conduct site visits and manage on-site execution as required Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and design quality Possess sound material knowledge and up-to-date industry awareness

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years to 15 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is preferred Strong communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule:

Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:15 AM - 6:45 PM Location: NSP Pitampura, Delhi
Compensation:

Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ?35,000 per month (depending on experience and credentials) Growth opportunities based on performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
