Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Furniture Production & Interior Design Executive

to join our interior and furniture production firm. The ideal candidate must have strong design software skills, a good understanding of furniture design and materials, and the ability to coordinate and manage production activities at our factory.

Key Responsibilities

Create and modify furniture designs using

AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop

. Prepare detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and design presentations. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure design accuracy. Visit the factory regularly for

quality checks, production inspection, and progress monitoring

. Manage production timelines and ensure projects meet the required specifications and standards. Communicate with vendors, craftsmen, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Identify and resolve design or production-related issues promptly. Maintain documentation of production processes, materials, and project updates.

Requirements

Proven experience in interior design, furniture design, or production management. Strong knowledge of furniture materials, joinery, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop

is mandatory. Ability to read and create detailed technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to visit the factory/site regularly for inspections. Good communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or related field. Experience working in a furniture production or interior design firm.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
