- B.Arch.-Interior Designer or D. Arch (3-5 years' experience)

:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer or Diploma holder in Architecture or B.Arch with 3 yr experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in designing and handling projects ranging from Boutique homes, Luxury Apartment
Interiors to commercial projects like Hotels, Corporate office interiors, and Hospital interiors.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to determine design preferences, functional requirements, and budget Create detailed design drawings and specifications for construction Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure that the design is executed properly Conduct site visits and inspect work during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications Stay current on design trends and incorporate them into designs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or 3 year Diploma in Architecture Assistantship 3-5 years of experience in interior design, Interior Architecture projects with a focus on residential, apartment, hotel, corporate office, and hospital interiors Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and attention to detail Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Power Point, Sketch Up, and other design software Strong communication and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of Materials, finishes, fabrics etc. for concept preparation and mood board. Have a positive, willing and proactive attitude towards working in a design studio Should be willing to comply with the office rules and protocols
