We are looking for an Interior Designer who specializes in
housing interiors with a strong focus on bathroom design
. The candidate will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetic, and innovative bathroom layouts using tiles, sanitary ware, CP fittings, and premium design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Create bathroom layout plans, elevations, and 3D designs based on client requirements.
Provide design concepts for residential interiors with specialization in bathroom spaces.
Select tiles, sanitary ware, fittings, lighting, and storage solutions that match client needs.
Prepare BOQs, material lists, and design presentations.
Coordinate closely with sales, site team, and contractors for design execution.
Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and design clarity.
Understand waterline, drainage, and plumbing restrictions for practical bathroom design.
Manage client meetings, explain design concepts, and make revisions as needed.
Stay updated on latest bathroom design trends, materials, and technologies.
Ensure timely completion of design work and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in interior design (housing interiors preferred).
Strong portfolio of bathroom designs.
Good knowledge of tiles, sanitary ware, CP fittings, and bathroom accessories.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design tools.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
