Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative
interior design concepts
for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare
2D layouts, 3D renders, mood boards, and material selections
.
Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements and present design proposals.
Create detailed
working drawings
(floor plans, elevations, sections, electrical layouts, etc.).
Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and vendors during project execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and material procurement.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
Ensure high-quality finishing and on-site design implementation.
