Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present

design concepts, mood boards, and layouts

for residential, commercial, or retail projects. Create

2D drawings, 3D renders, and detailed working drawings

for execution. Select

materials, finishes, colors, furniture, lighting, and decor items

in line with project themes and budgets. Prepare

presentations and client proposals

showcasing design intent and material selections. Coordinate with

clients, architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams

to ensure timely project execution. Conduct

site visits

to review progress, ensure quality control, and resolve design-related issues. Prepare and manage

BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates

. Stay updated on

industry trends, materials, and innovations

to enhance design output.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

2-5 years

of professional experience in interior design Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office

. Strong sense of

aesthetics, space planning, and detailing

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and client-handling

skills. Ability to manage

multiple projects

and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
