Profile: Interior Designer

Location:

Dwarka, Sector 13, New Delhi

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, space planning, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

Create innovative design concepts, space plans, and detailed working drawings. Prepare BOQs, execution plans, and ensure timely project implementation. Proficiently use MS Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD (3ds Max is an added advantage).

Project Management

Project Planning:

Develop and implement detailed project plans & schedules.

Supervision:

Direct and supervise construction teams, contractors, and vendors.

Resource Management:

Efficiently coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.

Communication:

Regularly liaise with project managers, clients, and teams across offices (Dwarka, Okhla & Ghitorni).

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve construction-related issues, conflicts, or delays.

Documentation:

Maintain project records, inspection reports, and approvals.

Cost Management:

Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Training & Development:

Mentor and guide site teams to improve performance.

Professional Communication:

Draft and respond to project-related emails effectively.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce site safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

Travel Coordination:

Plan travel to oversee multiple project sites across India.

Multi-Site Management:

Manage and prioritize tasks across different ongoing projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field. Minimum

2 years of professional experience

in interior design. Strong knowledge of

space planning, layouts, and project execution

. Proven ability to

independently handle design and on-site projects

. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Software proficiency:

MS Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD

(3ds Max preferred). Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
