We are looking a detail-oriented Interior Designer with expertise in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation to support our design and execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for interior fit-out projects. This role involves close coordination with the design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure accurate budgeting and timely deliver.

Skill:

Proficient in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Strong ability in quantity take-offs from architectural/interior drawings

Knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and market rates

Experience in cost estimation and budgeting

Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit for quantity extraction

MS Excel and MS Office skills for BOQ documentation and costing.
