Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Collaborates with clients to translate their vision into practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software. Select furniture, materials, color schemes, lighting, and accessories. Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets. Oversee installation and implementation of the design plan. Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and project progress. Ensure designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite). Strong creativity and attention to detail. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
