Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects. Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation) Creative talent, imagination and eye for design Client Co-ordination Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards Layout Planning Materials & Sampling Measured Drawing and Site Report Work on end to end Project lifecycle hould have knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD. Manage project budgets and timelines. Review and approve all design concepts and final deliverables.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in residential and commercial interiors Exceptional AutoCAD knowledge and drafting skills. Strong leadership and management skills Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe, Creative Suite, 3D. Experience managing project budgets and timelines Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge about interior elements and building structures. Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic & conducive to intended purposes. Well versed with designing corporate & residential layouts, Site Visits. Site measurements. Ensure quality of design Timeline management. Draft Layouts. Extreme attention to detail. Should possess good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
