Job Description

Responsible for all project deliverables as well as maintaining the project schedule

Managing all technical aspects of a project, collaborating with the project managers

and design team members on design presentations, as well as project concepting,

development, and execution


They should be adept at space planning, finish selection, product/furniture

specification, and budgeting


Guiding the designers for design direction, technical issues, material application

Meets with clients to program the project requirements


Should be creative and innovative in terms of form, functionality, design and colors


Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs.


Meets with clients to program the project requirements


Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings

and fixture


Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.


Provides follow-up support with clients.


Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with clients.


Minimum 4 - 10 years of experience in the field of High End Residential and/or

Hospitality Design


Have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities


Have excellent Autocad skills, 3DS Max and Sketchup skills


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter


Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work

effectively under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,600.75 - ₹50,778.42 per month
