Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction

:

Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget. Offer creative and practical advice on furniture, color schemes, materials, and decor items. Develop and present custom design plans using software tools, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Design Implementation

:

Use

AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and Google SketchUp

to create detailed layouts, 3D visualizations, and design renderings. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project execution as per the design. Oversee on-site work to maintain quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.

Sales & Promotional Activities

:

Promote home decor products and services through engaging presentations Upsell and cross-sell home decor items and services by showcasing their benefits and features.

Client Relationship Management

:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Handle post-project interactions, including client feedback and minor adjustments.

Qualifications and Skills

:

Education

:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Technical Skills

:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and Google SketchUp

is mandatory. Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and decor trends.

Soft Skills

:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and ability to engage clients effectively. Attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.

Experience

:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior design and client engagement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.93 per month
