Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Interior Designer cum Supervisor

to oversee and manage the design, planning, and execution of interior projects. The role involves both designing spaces and supervising contractors, vendors, and construction teams to meet design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Design:

Develop innovative and functional design concepts for residential, commercial, and/or hospitality spaces. Create detailed floor plans, mood boards, and design layouts. Select appropriate materials, furnishings, color schemes, lighting, and accessories based on client preferences and budget. Conduct site visits to ensure designs align with client requirements and regulatory standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, products, and industry standards.

Project Supervision:

Supervise the execution of design projects from concept through to completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other vendors to ensure the successful implementation of the design vision. Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards. Review project progress and resolve any issues or obstacles in a timely manner. Maintain and manage project budgets, ensuring designs are delivered within the approved financial framework. Providing regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Experience:

1 - 2 yrs

Bike preffered

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
