Role Overview

We are looking for a creative yet practical

Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor

who can handle both

design development and on-site execution

of modular furniture projects. The candidate should ensure that designs are converted into high-quality finished work through effective site supervision and coordination.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Planning

Prepare

2D layouts, 3D designs, and working drawings

for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and other modular furniture Develop factory-ready drawings and BOQs Select materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories as per client requirements Present design concepts and revisions to clients

2. Site Supervision

Conduct site measurements and feasibility checks Supervise installation of modular furniture at site Coordinate with carpenters, installers, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors Ensure design accuracy, quality standards, and timely completion

3. Client Coordination

Act as the main point of contact between client and company during execution Handle client queries, changes, and approvals professionally Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

4. Coordination with Factory & Office

Coordinate with factory/production team for drawings, timelines, and dispatch Ensure proper communication between design, production, and installation teams Report progress, issues, and completion status to management

5. Quality & Safety

Ensure material quality and workmanship standards are maintained Monitor site safety and cleanliness

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture 1-4 years experience in

Modular Furniture / Modular Kitchen / Interior Projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic 3D tools Strong understanding of modular furniture materials and hardware Good site-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines Strong communication and client-handling abilities
