Exp - 2 to 7 Years (Candidate should be in Core Sales & Interior Designer - Experience in the

interior also he would be having very good knowledge in Interior Designing (Must be knowing Auto Cad, Sketch Up ) - Very Prompt in Measurement & finishing Related with Wardrobe , Modular, Kitchen etc .

JD:

1) At least should be any graduateMBABBMBBABE and should have a minimum of 2-7 years of experience in core Sales along with as an Interior Designer . Experience in the interior only.

2) Should be confident in generating new B2C and B2B leads by own effort and converting them into sales is most important. Should be able to maintain a good sales conversion ratio. Need to target major B2Bdirect customersbuildersreal estate companychannel partners to tie up with them for sailing our interior products in their entire projects, Should have at least 2-5 years of experience into designing and architect into interior field using

2D Auto Cad, Sketch-UP, Photo Shop, Lighting, Texturing, Detailing, Modeling, Microsoft Office

etc.

3) Should be able to perform individually and as a team without any help and should have good potential to achieve the target given by the company, Should be innovative and creative in interior designer and able to meet all customer expectations and queries.

4) Should have good knowledge in negotiation, marketing skills, communication skills and sales strategies skills, Should be able to handle all types of queries from customers related to all interior designs and close all designs with approvals from customers in time.

5) Should have basic knowledge about computers like preparing invoices, quotations, work orders, PPT for presentations, daily reports and excels.

6) Should have good communication and presentation skills, Should have complete knowledge about all materials, modular standards, finishing related to interior work.

7) Should be smart, confident, hardworking, dynamic, and positive attitude professional, Should be prompt in completing good quality design concepts within less time and able to meet all customers' expectation with new creative ideas and need to work on how to improve the productivity of design activities.

8) Digital marketing knowledge would be an added advantage. The candidate is from a real estate background is also fine.

9) Should have good experience in business development growth and should have the potential to achieve targets month on month.

10) Should be a good and professional team

11) Should be able to publish and track properly the weeklymonthlyyearly business plan to accomplish the same completely at the end.

12) Should be a good motivational team player for the company and ensure all the work and targets are achieved properly in time.Should be a good team player and lead the design team. Assigntrack all design activities within the team on regular basis.
