Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client briefs, budgets, and timelines.
Technical Documentation (2D):
Produce complete sets of detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and custom millwork details.
Visualization (3D):
Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for clear client communication and internal design reviews. Expert proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max/Lumion is required.
FF&E Selection:
Source, specify, and procure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), finishes, and materials.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the design vision.
Site Management:
Conduct regular site visits for quality control, measurements, and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
Must be highly knowledgeable and proficient in both 2D (drafting) and 3D (modeling/rendering) software environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative range.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
