JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The role involves Photoshop ,design development, documentation, coordination, and execution of interior design projects from concept to completion. The candidate will work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver functional, aesthetic, and code-compliant interior spaces that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

oDevelop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions as per client requirements.

oPrepare 2D working drawings, 3D views, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software.

oCreate material boards, color schemes, furniture layouts, and finish selections.

oPrepare detailed interior construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

oCoordinate interior drawings with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other consultants.

oAssist in construction administration by responding to RFIs, preparing addendums, revisions, and design clarifications.

oVisit project sites to monitor execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and design intent.

oVisit project sites regularly to coordinate with contractors and ensure smooth execution of work
Research materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and current interior design trends.

oAssist in preparing presentation drawings and marketing proposal materials when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

oDegree/Diploma in Interior Design
oProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3 Ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
oStrong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, and interior detailing.
oBasic knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
oGood communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
oAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Boring Road, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
