Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Interior Designer who is passionate about office spaces. You will be responsible for creating inspiring office layouts, understanding client needs, managing projects, and delivering high-quality, functional designs that reflect brand identity and enhance employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their office space requirements and design preferences Develop creative and practical office layouts, 2D/3D plans, and moodboards Create detailed technical drawings and material specifications using AutoCAD or similar tools Work closely with the sales and project execution team to finalize BoQs and timelines Manage design execution from concept to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction Stay updated with the latest trends in commercial interiors, modular furniture, and ergonomic solutions Handle site visits, vendor coordination, and design presentations confidently

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture Minimum 2-4 years of experience in office or commercial interior design Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of space planning, modular furniture, partitions, and office ergonomics Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills Team player with a problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
