Role Description

We are seeking an experienced

Interior Designer - BIM

for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include designing and planning interior spaces, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to develop detailed designs. The role involves integrating architecture, space planning, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) elements to achieve cohesive design solutions. Collaboration with project teams, clients, and vendors will also be an essential part of the position.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, including the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior layouts Strong background in Architecture and Construction Drawings, ensuring designs meet technical specifications and compliance standards Expertise in FF&E selection and integration as a critical component of interior design Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and the ability to develop detailed 3D models and collaborate efficiently using BIM tools Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of design Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field Previous experience in similar projects or roles is a plus
