Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to design and execute innovative retail store spaces. The role involves concept development, space planning, technical drawings, and site coordination, ensuring the store's design enhances customer experience while aligning with the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations for retail store interiors.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.

Ensure optimal space planning for customer flow, product displays, and brand experience.

Collaborate with project, marketing, and brand teams to maintain design consistency.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers during execution.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.

Stay updated with the latest trends in retail design, materials, and sustainable practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

3-7 years of experience in retail store, showroom, or commercial interior projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar software.

Strong knowledge of retail space planning, display design, and lighting solutions.

Excellent visualization, presentation, and client communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in modular furniture, fixture design, and store rollouts.

Knowledge of green/sustainable design practices.

Project management and vendor coordination experience.

Good colour combination knowledge.

Salary :

55K-80K

Duty time :

9 am to 6 pm
