Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer specializing in

Sanitary fittings, Bathroom layouts, and Modular Kitchen designs

. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, design skills, and on-site coordination experience to deliver functional and aesthetic solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Planning

Create layouts for

Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, and Bathroom/Sanitary designs

Develop 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software Suggest materials, fixtures, accessories, and finishes for kitchens and bathrooms Prepare BOQ, design details, and working drawings for production and installation

2. Client Interaction

Meet clients to understand requirements, lifestyle preferences, and design expectations Present design concepts, material samples, and cost options Handle revisions and finalize designs based on client feedback

3. Coordination

Coordinate with the production/factory team for feasibility and technical accuracy Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and progress monitoring Work closely with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and installation team Ensure timely delivery and installation of kitchen modules and sanitary fittings

4. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and material lists Maintain project files, drawings, approval notes, and client updates Provide timely reports to management on project progress

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design / Architecture 1-4 years of experience in

Modular Kitchens, Sanitary Interior Design, or Residential Interiors

Strong knowledge of materials used in modular kitchens: laminates, MDF, hardware, accessories Understanding of bathroom fittings, brands, plumbing points, and layout planning Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
