Conduct client consultations to understand project scope, style preferences.
Present design proposals and revise concepts based on feedback.
Maintain strong relationships and provide consistent project updates.
Project Management
Prepare project timelines and procurement schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers and vendors to ensure accurate execution of design plans.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
Oversee installation of furnishings, finishes, and fixtures.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure designs meet safety codes, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and inventory lists.
