Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer or Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is design-driven, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to all phases of residential interior design projects--from concept development to on-site execution.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of design concepts, mood boards, and presentations Prepare drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visuals using AutoCAD and 3d software. Support in material, furniture, and finish selections Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants Participate in client meetings, site visits, and documentation Contribute to FF&E sourcing, procurement, and installation Maintain project files and ensure timely updates

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture 6 months to 1 years of relevant residential design experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel and Microsoft Office Familiarity with 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape) is a plus Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail and materials Excellent communication and organizational skills Enthusiasm for residential interiors and a collaborative studio environment
